JSS

     JSS has great plans for the 2017 NSS Convention such as vertical training/practice, Cave Sim, caving, speleology, art, and more are planned for ages 7-17 (age 9 and below must be accompanied by adult). Groups split age appropriately.

Highlights:

Field trips: A lava tube cave then later a Caver Quest 3-d interactive model of the same lava tube cave, “Caving with the President,” tram ride, helping a speleologist do actual science in a cave (guess, then find the scientifically measured age of the cave). A museum walk-through limestone cave with many speleothems. Meow Wolf is not a cave, but you will be walking, climbing and crawling into secret passageways through a Victorian house that has melted/dissolved the nature of time and space.

On site: Vertical training/practice, Cave Sim, art, cave books library, and a pizza party and movie.
